On August 25, 2023, at 6 a.m., the 9th Psychological Operations Battalion (Airborne) will host a memorial workout of the day to honor and pay respects to Army Staff Sergeant Ryan Christian Knauss, who was killed August 26, 2021, during the Afghanistan Withdrawal. Members from various units, friends, and family will join in the workout known as TPT9000, at Fort Bragg/Fort Liberty, North Carolina.

For 2023, The Respect and Remember Foundation will participate and give each workout participant a pair of black sunglasses as a token of remembrance for one of Ryan’s favorite pieces of equipment during his strenuous workouts.  These sunglasses are funded by donors who care about our heroes that wear the uniform.
