Des Moines, Iowa is a beautiful place to visit and celebrate our newest JROTC cadet winner of the Army SSG Ryan Christian Knauss merit scholarship. A most excellent choice by Senior instructors Major (Ret.) Chris Pienkowski of USMC, who is now Senior Marine Instructor of Des Moines Central Campus in Des Moines, Iowa and his senior partner, Marine Retired Shaun Leek. WESLEY RUMBAUGH is now the 1st winning JROTC cadet from Roosevelt High School at Central Campus! Such a great person! We really like his leadership, personality, sweet spirit, respectfulness, and qualifications that will make him a great Marine! Much appreciation to Wesley’s parents, school administrators, and R2Factor Vice President and Iowa Veteran, Dustin Atteberry, attending the R2Factor and ceremony for Wesley. Not a dry eye. Much love, Wesley. You will be a great addition to our most valued serving this nation!
