The Mission of Respect and Remember Inc, also known as R2Factor, has three goals:

1. Encourage JROTC and ROTC Cadets

• R2Factor encourages qualified high school JROTC and college ROTC cadets with merit scholarships as they graduate and go directly into the military.
• R2Factor members volunteer at yearly events that promote training and readiness for cadets at all academic levels.

2.  Support Active Duty Military

• R2Factor supports active military personnel stationed abroad with care packages and welcome home baskets.
• R2Factor members along with the community including individuals and corporations provide vacations for active military personnel and families through annual community events and private sponsor donations.

3.  Partner with Veteran-Led Organizations Connecting Veterans Together

• R2Factor connects veterans to veteran-led organizations that will help foster the brotherhood once experienced while actively serving in the military.  This includes veteran motorcycle and jeep rides, outdoor activities such as charter fishing, golfing, or boating, and parades honoring our military heroes.  These efforts are aimed at combating the high suicide rate among veterans and the adjustments to civilian life needed by veterans encouraging other veterans.
