Respect and Remember Mission 

The Respect and Remember Foundation, also known as R2Factor, is focused on supporting the military community through three core missions:

1. Encourage JROTC and ROTC Cadets
   R2Factor supports qualified high school JROTC and college ROTC cadets by providing merit scholarships to those who graduate and enter military service directly. The organization also participates in annual events that promote physical fitness, training, and readiness for cadets at all academic levels.
2. Support Active Duty Military Personnel
   R2Factor helps active duty service members and their families through vacation opportunities and appreciation events funded by private, community, and corporate sponsorships. These sponsorships also help provide supplies for care packages mailed to deployed troops overseas.
3. Connect Veterans
   R2Factor organizes local outdoor activities, including fishing events throughout the year, to encourage camaraderie and strengthen connections between veterans and the community.
